Personal Progress: Update Two

What's Happened?

The past three months has been difficult to say the least. Some really challenging personal issues, stalling weight loss caused by a plateau, and the feeling of being in a quarter-life crisis.

At work, I've rotated into a new position and enjoying it so far, however, there's a period of time now where I am super busy with passing my exam and progressing towards graduation.

Don't pity me because this is life, but it all just came to ahead. Despite this, I am pleased to show you some of the progress I've made.

Rebranding Harmony Digital

Progress here has been slow. Partly because of demotivation but also there is a lot to undertake. I've had a mental creative block so this has meant I've not felt like designing stuff.

With that in mind, I am pleased to show you two of six case studies I've designed for the new design agency.

It's important for us to show our creative skills, which is why I have created them in the first place:

Next Steps

It's a long and arduous process of course, so it will be done as soon as I can. I am determined to do this properly, not half in - half out.

Prepare and finalise design of new website
Finish creating branding assets for new design agency
Begin to create process control documents & company documents

Weight Loss Progress

Overall I have lost 20kg+ which is fantastic, but I have found my weight has dramatically stalled. For a month, I've been eating under my calorie deficit but no weight loss whatsoever.

Some of this is attributed to stress of course, but I genuinely think some of it is attributed to my lack of activity and exercise. I said in the previous update that I will identify ways to speed up progress. AND I HAVE!

For the next three months, starting Monday 3rd June, I'm committing to:

2-3x HIIT and Strength Training Exercises/Bootcamps
1x Football Session on Tuesdays
Where Possible, Explore Low Intensity Exercise Workouts
